• Manage your organization’s A/P and A/R on a weekly or monthly basis, as needed
• Record deposits and maintain cash accounts
• Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
• Record restricted donations and release from restriction entries
• Create journal entries as needed for month end close

• Record incoming grant revenue, and track related expenses on monthly basis
• Track Budget to Actuals on grant budgets, and highlight areas of over/underspend on quarterly basis
• Provide financial reporting on grants for funders and Org leadership
